Job Title: CCTV / Security Engineer
Location: North Wales (field-based, with travel across the UK)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive (based on experience) + company vehicle + benefits

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable CCTV / Security Engineer to join our growing team based in North Wales. This is a field-based role involving installation, maintenance, and servicing of a wide range of security systems for commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (IP and analogue)
Service and troubleshoot security systems, including access control
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently
Ensure all installations meet industry standards and client requirements
Provide excellent customer service and technical support on-site
Complete job reports and documentation accurately

Requirements

Proven experience working with CCTV and security systems
Strong knowledge of IP networking and system integration
Experience with alarm systems and access control (preferred)
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and customer-facing skills

Desirable Qualifications

Relevant certifications (e.g., ECS, CSCS, IPAF, or security-specific qualifications)
Experience with leading CCTV brands and VMS platforms
Electrical or technical background
