About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You will receive full training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to develop your own specialist market within the education sector. You’ll learn how to build strong client relationships, source exceptional candidates, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Previous recruitment experience is welcomed but not essential — full training will be provided for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Source and engage high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
Conduct candidate registrations, interviews, and compliance checks
Advertise vacancies across multiple platforms
Develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships
Manage the recruitment process from initial enquiry through to successful placement
Maintain accurate records using CRM and recruitment systems
Support marketing and social media activity to promote vacancies and candidate opportunities
Work towards individual and team targets

Skills & Experience

You will ideally have:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisation and time management skills
A confident and professional telephone manner
The ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
Strong attention to detail
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, account management, or business development would be advantageous.
