Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and personable Door-to-Door Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging with potential customers directly at their premises to promote our products and services, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing our brand professionally while delivering excellent customer service. A valid driving licence and strong communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Duties

Conduct door-to-door visits to prospective clients within designated neighbourhoods or territories
Present and demonstrate our products or services clearly and confidently to potential customers
Negotiate favourable terms and close sales effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain organised records of customer interactions, appointments, and sales progress
Manage your own schedule efficiently to maximise daily outreach and sales opportunities
Follow up with leads and existing clients to foster ongoing relationships and repeat business
Utilise IT tools to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and feedback professionally

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, customer service, or door-to-door sales is advantageous
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Valid driving licence with a clean driving record; ability to drive safely within assigned territory
Good organisational skills with effective time management capabilities
Proficiency in IT systems for data entry, scheduling, and reporting purposes
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining motivation and professionalism
Demonstrated organisational skills to plan routes efficiently and manage daily targets effectively

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
