Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sous Chef to join our vibrant culinary team. Duties

Support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and production.
Supervise and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and energetic team atmosphere.
Oversee food quality control, ensuring dishes meet established standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and ingredient sourcing to keep offerings fresh and innovative.
Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and sanitation standards across the kitchen.

Lead by example in food preparation and cooking techniques to maintain high culinary standards.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment.

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Extensive kitchen experience with a focus on culinary excellence and food safety practices.
