General Labourer – Training & Progression Available

Location: Chacewater, Truro
Pay: £12.71 – with opportunities to increase as you learn
Job Type: Full-time

Driving licence is essential.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking General Labourer to join our team.

No experience is necessary – what matters most to us is your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn. We will teach you the skills you need, and the more you learn and the more responsibility you take on, the more you can earn.

The role will involve a variety of hands-on work, including:

General workshop and labouring duties
Assisting with welding and fabrication
Learning to weld and develop practical engineering skills
Assisting with site installations
Loading, unloading and moving materials
Keeping the workshop and work areas clean and organised
Working as part of a team to complete jobs to a high standard

What we're looking for

You don't need previous experience – we're looking for someone who:

Has a brilliant work ethic
Has excellent timekeeping and attendance
Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
Is keen to learn new skills
Is physically fit and happy with hands-on work
Can follow instructions and work well as part of a team
Has a positive, can-do attitude
Wants to build a career and progress within the company
