Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-obsessed Experienced General Manager to lead our team with passion, energy, and a relentless focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, inspire your team, and ensure that every customer interaction exceeds expectations. Your leadership will foster a vibrant, welcoming environment where food quality, service excellence, and operational efficiency thrive. Duties

Deliver training to ensure a customer obsessed team at all times
Lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver top-tier food preparation, cooking, and service standards across all restaurant operations
Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
Supervise daily kitchen activities including food production, culinary tasks, and ensuring consistent quality in every dish served
Manage team schedules, delegate responsibilities, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes growth and accountability
Monitor guest feedback actively, address concerns promptly, and implement improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless serving experiences and uphold hospitality excellence
Maintain inventory levels for food supplies and kitchen equipment, ensuring efficient resource management

Experience

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with a focus on team management and operational oversight
Extensive restaurant experience with strong culinary background including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse teams within fast-paced environments such as hotels or large-scale food service operations
Familiarity with food production processes, kitchen workflows, and hospitality best practices
Barista experience or bar service knowledge is a plus for creating well-rounded beverage programs
Prior experience in hotel or hospitality industries is advantageous for understanding guest expectations and service excellence
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead by example while fostering a positive team culture
