ROLE: Painter and Decorator
HOURS: Full Time (CIJC Working Rule Agreement)
LOCATION: Sellafield Site

We're looking for a Painter and Decorator who will carry out reactive, project, and routine painting schedules across the Sellafield site in line with CIJC working rule agreements.

Role Responsibilities:

Carry out filling and repairs to internal and external building fabric across the client's portfolio to the highest standards
Complete internal and external redecoration works, applying a variety of products and paint finishes
Erect access equipment as required, with appropriate training and all necessary access plant and temporary screening to protect the environment and people
Monitor decorating material stock and request new stock as required, ensuring works are completed within approved budgets
Ensure all painting and decorating equipment is effectively utilised, maintained, cleaned, and reused

Required Qualifications:

Experience as a Painter and Decorator carrying out internal and external painting, preparation works, and minor repairs
Recognised qualification of NVQ Level 2 as a minimum
A recognised apprenticeship is advantageous but not essential
