Full job description

Brady Garden & Landscape Services Ltd – South Lakes / Furness Area

We are looking for a hard‑working, skilled and reliable individual to join our landscaping and groundworks team. This is a hands‑on, physical role involving a wide range of outdoor work across domestic and commercial sites.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be involved in:

Building fencing, walls, patios, driveways, and general construction‑grade landscaping
Mixing and working with different aggregates, concrete, mortar and sub‑base materials
Digging out, levelling, moving heavy barrows and manual labour tasks
Hedge cutting, grass cutting and general garden maintenance
Working at height when required (ladders, roofline trimming, etc.)
Assisting with all aspects of landscaping and groundworks

Essential Requirements

Practical experience in landscaping, construction, or groundworks
Confident mixing materials and using tools correctly
Physically fit and capable of manual labour
Comfortable working at height
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Full UK driving licence is required

Desirable Skills

Experience with fencing, paving, walling, and driveway installation
Use of power tools and machinery (cut‑off saws, compactors, hedge cutters, mowers, etc.)
Good understanding of site preparation, levels, and materials
