Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated PCN Paramedic to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent patient care, ensuring patient safety, and supporting clinical teams in a dynamic environment. This role offers an opportunity to utilise your specialised medical skills while working within a supportive organisation committed to excellence in patient care.

Duties

Perform physical examinations and utilise physiology and anatomy knowledge to inform clinical decisions.
Administer injections and medications following strict aseptic techniques and medical protocols.
Conduct triage assessments to prioritise patient needs effectively.
Maintain accurate documentation of all procedures, treatments, and patient interactions in accordance with legal and organisational standards.
Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest clinical practices and procedures.

Skills

Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and pharmacology relevant to emergency medicine.
Proficiency in basic life support (BLS), medication administration, injection techniques, and aseptic procedures.
Experience with physical examinations, triage processes, and patient care planning..
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and clinical procedures.
Effective communication skills for liaising with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
