Full job description

We're looking for an experienced Cladding Site Manager to take day-to-day responsibility for one of our live sites in the North West, overseeing all on-site activity from mobilisation through to practical completion. You'll be the primary point of contact on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to programme, while maintaining strong working relationships with the client and main contractor teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations for external wall/cladding remediation works, including fire barrier installation, rainscreen cladding, and associated brickwork
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with RAMS, drawings, and current fire safety/building regulations
Supervise and coordinate site operatives, subcontractors, and supply chain partners
Maintain robust site records, including daily diaries, progress photographs, and weekly site reports
Lead on-site health & safety, including toolbox talks, inductions, and inspections
Manage hold points and quality assurance checks, particularly around cavity fire barriers and compartmentation
Liaise with the commercial team on dayworks, variations, and programme reporting
Attend and contribute to progress meetings with clients and main contractors
Identify and escalate risks to programme, quality, or commercial position promptly

About You

Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor on cladding, façade, or external wall remediation projects
Strong working knowledge of fire barrier systems and current building safety legislation
SMSTS (or SSSTS minimum) and CSCS card essential
First Aid at Work certification desirable
Excellent communication skills, comfortable managing client and main contractor relationships directly
Confident using site reporting tools such as Procore
Full UK driving license
