Job title: Team Leader/Supervisor

Location: Trafford Shopping Centre

Hours, contract type: Full time, permanent (weekends included)

Must be fully flexible and able to work late shifts (closing at 10pm).

At MyCookieDough, we started with a dream (and a serious sweet tooth) at university. We perfected a gooey, fresh-baked cookie dough that the world had never seen before – and the rest is sweet, sweet history.

From Cardiff to Manchester, now we’re growing further – and our store in Trafford Centre needs a passionate Team Leader to lead the way!

OBJECTIVE:

We are currently seeking a Team Leader to join our team at My Cookie Dough in Trafford, UK. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store and ensuring that all staff members are providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities:

Assist in the training and development of staff members
Supervise and delegate tasks to staff during shifts
Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are being met
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner
Assist in monitoring inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Selection criteria:

Previous experience in a supervisory role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership abilities
Ability to work well under pressure
Knowledge & understanding of food safety regulations
