Your Role

You'll become an essential member of our team, helping deliver an exceptional experience for every customer.

Your day could include:

✔ Speaking with customers on the telephone and welcoming visitors into our showroom.

✔ Preparing quotations and processing customer orders accurately.

✔ Booking survey appointments, installations and service visits.

✔ Keeping customers updated throughout their projects.

✔ Maintaining accurate customer records and updating our systems.

✔ Supporting our sales and installation teams to ensure every job runs smoothly.

✔ Providing first-class customer service from the initial enquiry through to completion.

No two days are ever the same, and that's exactly how we like it.

What We're Looking For

We're far more interested in attitude than qualifications.

The right person will be:

Friendly, professional and confident.
Highly organised.
A great communicator.
Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
Computer literate and quick to learn new systems.
Calm under pressure.
Someone who takes pride in doing things properly.

Previous office administration or customer service experience would be an advantage, but it isn't essential, we can teach skills.

We can't teach enthusiasm, integrity or a positive attitude.
