Founder’s Associate - Content & Operations | Ickenham, London (On Site) | £24,400 - £26,500

Lettuce Marketing is looking for a highly organised, proactive, and creative individual to work directly with the founder across client accounts, content coordination, and day-to-day operations.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow within the creative industry and be heavily involved in how a modern branding and social media agency operates behind the scenes.

We are essentially looking for a reliable right-hand person - someone who can think independently, stay organised, communicate confidently, and help keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing day-to-day communication with clients
Coordinating with designers, editors, and developers to ensure deliverables are completed on time
Helping manage and schedule social media content
Supporting with content shoots when needed
Assisting with Shopify orders and customer support
Helping organise projects, timelines, and workflows
Supporting with proposals, research, and onboarding new clients

You Should

Be organised, reliable, and proactive
Have a good eye for branding, content, and presentation
Be comfortable speaking with clients
Understand social media and content trends
Be willing to take ownership and learn quickly
Have basic Canva, CapCut, or content creation skills (preferred but not essential)

Important

This is not a slow-paced corporate role.

You’ll be working closely with the founder across multiple brands and projects, so we’re looking for someone who wants responsibility, growth, and real involvement in building a creative agency.
