Full job description

We are looking for a results-driven and personable Sales Representative to join our growing Shoreditch team. In this role, you’ll generate high-quality leads by engaging directly with local communities, building awareness around broadband solutions, and helping residents upgrade to faster, more reliable connectivity.

You’ll work within pre-defined areas and receive full training, marketing support, and the tools you need to succeed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being active, speaking with people face-to-face, and delivering solutions that genuinely improve everyday life.

Key Responsibilities

Promote broadband products and services within designated communities across London
Identify and qualify potential customers based on service availability and needs
Clearly explain product features, benefits, and available packages
Support customers through the initial sign-up process, ensuring accurate information is collected
Maintain communication with the internal team to coordinate installations and follow-ups
Track leads, appointments, and pipeline updates using CRM systems
Stay up to date with broadband packages, offers, and competitor activity

Requirements

Previous face-to-face sales experience (residential, retail, events, or similar)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated and target-driven
Comfortable working independently in the field
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and digital reporting tools
