Full job description

Gartec is a leading UK manufacturer and installer of passenger, goods and platform lifts. We're looking for a proactive and organised Aftersales Team Administrator to join our friendly team and help deliver excellent customer service.

The Role

You'll provide administrative support to our busy After-sales department, supporting customers and ensuring our service operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Answer customer enquiries by phone and email.
Prepare quotations, assist with invoicing and provide general administrative support.
Process service reports, certificates and customer documentation.
Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
Support service managers and engineers with day-to-day administration.
Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure a high level of service.

About You

Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly, professional and customer-focused.

Experience within the lift industry, engineering, facilities management or service scheduling would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
