Location: Brunch House & Brunch Shack – Bognor Regis & Chichester

Job Type

Full-time, Permanent

About Us

We're an independent, busy brunch café with a reputation for fresh, high-quality food and great service. As we continue to grow across our two sites, we're looking for an experienced chef to join our team.

This is primarily a daytime role, although there will occasionally be evening shifts for special events or service.

The Role

You'll be responsible for preparing and delivering consistently high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining excellent food hygiene and organisation.

Responsibilities

Preparing and cooking our brunch menu to a high standard
Maintaining consistency during busy service
Managing stock and helping to reduce waste
Following food safety and hygiene procedures
Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and efficient
Working closely with the rest of the team to deliver excellent customer experiences

What We're Looking For

Previous experience working as a chef in a busy kitchen
Calm under pressure with a positive attitude
Strong organisational skills
High standards of cleanliness and food quality
Reliable, hardworking and punctual
Able to work well as part of a team
Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings
