Description

PushON are a full-service eCommerce agency delivering Adobe Commerce (Magento) implementations and digital marketing solutions to national and international businesses. Established in 2005, PushON have been an Magento (Adobe Commerce) Solution Partner for over a decade.

Apprentify are hiring on behalf of our client.

As a technical support apprentice, you will be responsible for managing the PushON Service Desk, which acts as the primary method for our clients to raise support tickets. Typical tickets will include issue resolution, training, minor feature requests, updates, and security patches on eCommerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce, Shopify and Wordpress. Your role will include ticket triage, managing support operations, overseeing ticket resolution, coordinating with development teams for escalations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across clients of varying scale and complexity.

This role is ideal for someone starting their career in technology who is eager to learn, enjoys problem-solving, and has a passion for customer service.

You will receive training and support to develop your technical, communication, and organisational skills whilst gaining hands-on experience working with real clients and projects.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and respond to support tickets under the guidance of senior team members
Assist with investigating and resolving website issues
Help document support requests, solutions, and technical processes
Learn how to prioritise and manage support tickets effectively
Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams
Participate in team meetings and daily stand-ups
Support testing of website updates and minor changes
Assist with platform maintenance activities, updates, and security patches
Learn about Adobe Commerce (Magento) and other eCommerce platforms
Support wider technical projects as required, including audits and website improvements

Through the Apprentify apprenticeship, you will be upskilled into developing a strong foundation in AI principles, which will subsequently allow you to play a key role into the introduction of AI into areas of your team at PushOn.
