About the Role:

We are looking for an Operations Manager who can take ownership of daily business performance, improve internal processes, and support a reliable service experience for our clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, team coordination, and making sure the right systems are in place. You will work closely with department leads, senior management, and client facing teams to improve efficiency, maintain standards, and support steady business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations Management: Oversee day to day business operations and ensure teams are meeting agreed service standards, deadlines, and performance expectations.

Process Improvement: Review current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical improvements that save time, reduce errors, and improve service delivery.

Team Coordination: Support department supervisors and staff by setting priorities, monitoring workloads, and helping resolve operational issues.

Performance Monitoring: Track key operational metrics, prepare reports, and provide updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and improvement areas.

Client and Stakeholder Support: Work with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth communication, timely responses, and high quality service.

Compliance and Standards: Ensure company procedures, documentation, and internal policies are followed consistently across the business.

Resource Planning: Help manage staffing needs, schedules, supplies, and operational resources to support smooth daily performance.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience in operations management, business services, administration, logistics, client services, or a similar mid level management role.

Leadership Skills: You can guide teams, manage priorities, and support staff in a calm, professional, and practical way.

Organisation: You are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and operational details at the same time.

Communication: You can communicate clearly with staff, managers, clients, and suppliers, both verbally and in writing.

Problem Solving: You are proactive when issues arise and can recommend realistic solutions that improve how the business operates.

Technical Skills: Confident using common business tools such as Microsoft Office, email systems, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and internal management platforms.

Mindset: You are reliable, detail focused, and comfortable taking ownership of operational outcomes while supporting a positive team culture.

Pay: £47,231.00-£64,400.00 per year
