Summary

We are seeking a Recruitment / Administrative Officer to join our team at our head office in Upton, Wirral .

Coordinate interviews and onboarding procedures for new staff.
Support recruitment Application Packs
Preparing and arranging Interview Room
Applying & verification of Employment References
Applying for DBS Checks
Preparing & Supporting Induction Process for new candidates
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
General Office Duties
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using social media for professional purposes is a plus.

We are looking to recruit an office based administrative officer to support with recruitment and general admin. This is to work alongside an established team who operate within the social care sector:

The right candidate will be required to have some experience and competent in using computer systems programmes such as Word, Excel, The Company operate Digital Systems but training in this field will be provided.

The successful candidate will need to have good communication skills both written and verbal, be confident in communicating with others and organisation skills are imperative. Being able to work as part of a team as well as able to work alone is essential. The role is working within a fast paced office environment.

The role is a part time position, initially for 2 days a week (midweek), and this will be assessed at a later time, the role is weekday only, no weekend working or Bank Holiday working. We as a Company support and are committed to training to develop the candidates skills, support personal development. The role is permanent and offers the right candidate good development opportunity.
