The Cladding Safety Scheme (CSS) provides financial support to enable the remediation of buildings with cladding systems that present an unacceptable life-safety risk.
We aim to improve the lives of affected leaseholders by providing them with more certainty and less worry about the safety and financial burden of their property and restoring confidence in the market.

As an Analyst – Technical Operations, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Scheme’s ambitious objectives. This is an excellent opportunity to apply and develop your business support and analytical skills while contributing to an important national programme with genuine social purpose. By joining the Cladding Safety Scheme, you will help make homes safer and improve outcomes for thousands of residents across England.
Whilst our day job is to deliver first class customer service to our stakeholders, you will be used to managing competing priorities, possess great attention to detail and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate. You do not need to have specialist skills in construction or building safety but will be comfortable working in a high volume and pace led environment.
You'll be comfortable supporting both the Senior Manager and Managers in the team to build a productive and effective working relationship with our stakeholders. You will be proficient in delivering excellent service and you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of the programme ensuring that we are working effectively to improve the applicant and resident experience.
We work with an outsourced firm to undertake the routine administration of CSS. You will be working alongside the operational management team to deliver critically important administrative functions to underpin achievement of performance at pace. With a commitment to collaboration and agile working you will support the wider team and our delivery partners to ensure we maximise delivery and the impact of the programme.
