Art Cleaning Services is a well-established and expanding company, operating since 1999. We are proud winners of the Window Cleaning Company of the Year 2023 and 2025 award. Due to our continued success and the acquisition of new long-term contracts (ranging from 3-10 years), we are seeking a Window Cleaner with a full UK driving licence, living close to Birmingham B44, to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

As a Window Cleaner, your duties will include:

Undertaking a large volume of commercial window contracts at schools, universities, hospitals, offices plus new housing and business developments, throughout the Midlands and occasionally across the country.
Maintaining company equipment and vans to a high standard
Liaising with clients when on site.
Using both traditional and water-fed pole methods.

Requirements

Ideally experience in traditional window cleaning with previous experience using water fed poles.
Working effectively as part of a team and independently.
A full UK driving licence is required.
IPAF and PASMA certificates are desirable but not essential.

Salary & Hours

c £30,000 per annum (depending on age and experience)

40 – 45 hours per week (including paid travel time)
