Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, creating quality beverages, and supporting various operational tasks within the café. This role offers an opportunity to develop barista skills while contributing to a welcoming environment for our customers. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to high standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
Assist customers with menu selections, answer queries, and provide exceptional service to enhance their experience.
Maintain food safety standards by adhering to hygiene protocols and cleanliness guidelines.
Support food preparation activities, including assembling light snacks or baked goods as required.
Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system, including giving change and processing card payments.
Keep the workspace tidy, organised, and fully stocked throughout shifts.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery.
Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the café by assisting with general duties such as cleaning or restocking supplies.

Experience

Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable.
Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
Basic maths skills are necessary for handling cash transactions accurately.
Familiarity with food preparation tasks and maintaining hygiene standards is beneficial.
Strong organisational skills, including effective time management, are essential for success in this role. This position offers an engaging work environment where you can develop your skills while providing excellent service to our valued customers. Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
