Get Set Swim is a premium swim school with a simple mission: deliver exceptional swimming lessons and an outstanding customer experience.
We're looking for an Assistant Club Manager to help lead our Fulham club.
This is a hands-on operational role where you will spend most of your time based at reception, acting as the senior manager on duty, supporting customers, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the club runs smoothly, safely, and professionally at all times.
If you enjoy being busy, taking ownership, leading from the front, and delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.
About The Role
As Assistant Club Manager, you will be the General Manager's right hand and will act as Duty Manager for the majority of your shifts.
You will be the first point of contact for families, staff, and operational issues, ensuring the club delivers an exceptional experience every day.
This is not a back-office management role. You will be customer-facing throughout your shift and expected to lead by example from reception whilst maintaining oversight of the entire facility.
Weekend working is a core part of the role and forms part of your normal working week.
