Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth through effective negotiation and client relationship management.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your organisational and communication skills within a fast-paced, professional environment.

The Senior Sales Negotiator will be responsible for managing negotiations, securing deals, and fostering long-term client relationships to support the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage sales negotiations with prospective and existing clients to secure favourable terms.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and documentation to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and finance to ensure alignment and compliance during negotiations.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales staff, sharing expertise in negotiation techniques.
Maintain accurate records of all negotiations, client interactions, and sales activities using organisational tools.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services and expand the client base.

Skills

Proven experience in sales negotiation or a similar role within a professional environment.
Strong administrative experience with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of engaging diverse audiences effectively.
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate communication with international clients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and professionalism at all times.
Proficiency in organisational tools such as CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant platforms.
A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. This role offers an engaging environment for driven professionals eager to develop their careers in sales negotiation while contributing significantly to organisational success.
