Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality cutting, colouring, styling, and finishing services tailored to each client's needs.
Carry out professional consultations and provide personalised advice on hair care, maintenance, and suitable products.
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat bookings.
Recommend professional home-care products to support clients' hair goals.
Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workstation at all times.
Work collaboratively with the team to create an exceptional salon experience.
Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education.
Contribute positively to our friendly, professional salon culture.

Requirements

Essential

NVQ Level 2 Hairdressing qualification (or equivalent)
Previous salon experience.
Confidence in cutting, colouring, and styling.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional, reliable, and positive attitude.
Passion for delivering exceptional client care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

Desirable

NVQ Level 3 Hairdressing.
Experience with balayage, colour correction, hair extensions, barbering, or bridal styling.
Existing clientele (not essential).
An interest in scalp health, trichology, or hair replacement systems.
A genuine desire to continue learning and progressing within the business.
