Human Resources Administrator

Westbury BA13 3JN

Part time – Permanent

Salary: Pro-rata of £25,500.00 - £27,000.00 per year, dependent on hours

PART TIME & PERMANENT JOB OPPORTUNITY!

We are a privately-run swim school looking for a HR Administrator.

Previous HR experience required. CIPD Qualification would be an advantage.

The office is based at Wessex House in Westbury BA13. The company is family owned and provides swim lessons at 5 locations.

The job role involves:

Updating current staff details, this includes;
Ensuring qualifications are up-to-date and emailing staff when due to renew (first aid, lifesaving, aqua fitness, pool plant etc)
Ensuring personal details are up-to-date (name, home address, mobile contact, emergency contact, medical conditions)
Ensuring their DBS is on the update service once per year and mailing those who need to renew their DBS
Updating any staff profiles on the website should a job role/location change for said staff member
Involvement with job adverts, specifically via Indeed, Glassdoor, Job centre etc
Emailing new staff job offers (liaising with Senior Manager and/or location manager involved)
Dealing with new starters, sending new starter forms, adding to SharePoint system, collating required info etc
Sending contract, training agreement and handbook to new joiners (check contract information with Senior Manager and location manager involved)
Updating the staff handbooks when relevant (the swim school and Bracknell Swimarium) and sending out to all team members once per year)
Submitting P46 information to payroll provider for new joiners
Submitting bank detail information to Rick (Co-Owner of business) for new staff wages
Involvement with maternity and paternity leave for staff members.
Filing (saving on SharePoint system) of staff return to work forms and formal/disciplinary meetings and records
Saving any updated staff qualifications/details on system

Specific number of hours to be discussed, though we initially anticipate 7 - 10 hours per week. Specific days and times completely negotiable.
