We are recruiting for 3 roles across our friendly surgeries in Upavon and Durrington:
Position 1 Care Navigator / Dispenser (24.5 hours)A varied role combining patient-facing reception duties with dispensing responsibilities. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety, accuracy and developing specialist skills in primary care.
Positions 2 & 3 Care Navigator (30 and 25.5 hours)Based primarily at Durrington Surgery, supporting patients to access the right care while helping ensure the smooth running of the practice. Opportunity to develop dispensing skills in the future.

Main duties of the job
To provide a high-quality reception and care navigation service to patients whilst also supporting the safe and effective dispensing of medications in accordance with dispensing regulations, practice policies, and standard operating procedures.
To provide a high-quality, patient-focused reception and administrative service, supporting safe access to care through effective care navigation, accurate information sharing, and efficient front-desk operations.
The post holder will act as the first point of contact for patients, directing them to the most appropriate clinician or service, whilst also undertaking dispensing duties including assembling, labelling and issuing prescribed medications under appropriate supervision.
The post holder will either hold or work towards a recognised dispensing qualification such as NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent).
