Join Our Growing Residential Conveyancing Team

Goldsmiths Solicitors is an ambitious and expanding law firm, and we are looking for a talented and motivated Residential Conveyancer/ Solicitor to join our growing Conveyancing Department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years' residential conveyancing experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

We are seeking a confident professional who can manage their own caseload whilst working collaboratively within a busy and friendly team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the conveyancing process and be committed to delivering an exceptional client experience from instruction through to completion.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Registered and unregistered properties
Shared ownership transactions
New build purchases
Transfers of equity and related conveyancing matters

Key responsibilities will include:

Managing files from instruction through to completion
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, solicitors and other third parties
Providing clear, practical advice and regular updates to clients
Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and proactively
Drafting and reviewing legal documentation and correspondence
Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance
Ensuring adherence to Anti-Money Laundering regulations and reporting concerns where appropriate
Supporting the continued growth and success of the Conveyancing Department

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

Qualification as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
A minimum of 2 years' experience within residential conveyancing
Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Outstanding attention to detail
Strong communication and client care skills
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
