Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to lead our payroll operations and ensure accurate, timely compensation for all employees. In this pivotal role, you will oversee payroll processing, maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and collaborate with human resources and finance teams to streamline payroll workflows. Your expertise will help foster a positive employee experience by delivering reliable payroll services and maintaining meticulous records. Duties

Manage end-to-end payroll processing using HRIS systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Oversee data entry related to employee hours, wages, bonuses, deductions, and benefits in various accounting software platforms like QuickBooks or similar tools
Reconcile payroll accounts and process accounts payable related to employee compensation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Collaborate with human resources to verify employee information, handle new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status
Conduct detailed analysis of payroll data to identify discrepancies or errors and implement corrective actions promptly
Maintain comprehensive payroll records, reports, and audit trails for internal review and regulatory compliance
Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency

Requirements

Proven experience managing payroll operations within a corporate environment using HRIS platforms such as Workday or PeopleSoft
Strong proficiency with accounting software like QuickBooks and other HRIS systems; familiarity with multiple platforms is preferred
Knowledge of human resources processes related to payroll administration, benefits management, and compliance standards
Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy across all transactions
Ability to analyze complex data sets quickly and accurately to resolve discrepancies effectively
Experience handling accounts payable processes related to payroll expenses
Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
