Established in 2014, Unity Online is a full-service digital marketing agency employing 50 specialist marketers. Based in East Anglia but serving clients throughout the UK, we provide comprehensive digital solutions including SEO, paid search, social media, web design, and copywriting.

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced, creative and commercially aware project manager looking for a new challenge with a progressive, fast-growing agency? We're seeking a Project Manager to join our design and development team, taking ownership of all website projects whilst collaborating across departments to deliver integrated digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of website projects for both new builds and existing retainer clients
Oversee hosting client relationships and technical project requirements
Coordinate closely with Account Managers to align website deliverables with broader marketing strategies
Facilitate cross-channel campaign delivery, ensuring seamless integration between web development and marketing activities
Support the sales team during project scoping and proposal stages to help secure new business
Identify opportunities to enhance client value through additional services or expanded project scope
Schedule and prioritise workloads for designers and developers, ensuring optimal resource allocation
Maintain transparent communication with clients regarding project progress and technical milestones
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to specification
Identify potential bottlenecks and resource constraints, escalating concerns where necessary
Support the design and development team with all necessary resources and briefing materials

Key Requirements

Proven project management experience within web development or digital agency environments
Understanding of website development processes and technical project requirements
Strong collaborative skills with experience working across multiple departments
Commercial acumen with ability to recognise business development opportunities
Excellent client communication abilities, particularly for technical discussions
Experience managing creative teams and understanding design/development workflows
Ability to balance multiple concurrent projects whilst maintaining quality standards
Comfortable supporting business development activities and client growth initiatives
