About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care while supporting residents to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver person-centred care and support to our residents.
Ensure the ongoing health, wellbeing, and safety of residents.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical developments and best practice.
Safely manage, administer, and record medication, including controlled drugs and oxygen, in line with NMC requirements and company procedures.
Understand and follow Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults policies and procedures, reporting concerns appropriately.
Accurately maintain resident records using our electronic care planning system, Nourish.
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrate positive caring values in all aspects of practice.
Undertake additional duties as required to support excellent service delivery.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous nursing experience.
A valid NMC PIN.
Compassion, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
A commitment to promoting residents' interests, independence, and quality of life.
