Full job description

We are currently looking for a confident and independent finance assistant to join our team within our to work independently within our fast growing business. London Flood Prevention cover all aspects of reactive & planned maintenance for plumbing, drainage works alongside larger civil and mechanical works.

Responsibilities & Duties

Dual Entry Accounting.
Producing sales invoices.
Supplier invoices & payments.
Invoice queries.
Bank reconciliations.
Cash allocation.
CIS allocation.
Payroll (Brightpay).
VAT.
Credit control.
Providing reports to directors.

Skills Required

Comprehensive experience with Quickbooks.
Excellent understanding of Excel.
Excellent numeracy skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
Ability to develop working relationships.
A flexible working approach.
Previous finance role required
AAT qualified, part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA, or qualified by experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, ownership and being part of a supportive team whilst working independently. Salary based on experience.
