Full job description

We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic baker with experience (whether commercially or from home baking). As a friendly, family-run company, we make sure to look after all our team, and offer great opportunities to learn new skills and progress within the company, through a structured training program. Internal progression is evident everywhere across the company, indeed virtually all management started in junior positions. You can read some of the perks for working at Lola’s below.

About the role

Shift is from approx 6am to 2-3-4 pm (depend on the day subject to change)
Advantage experience in baking sponges/cupcakes/cakes
Advantage will also be able to mix scones, cookies & bread
Great detail of process and can manage the section alone during the busy times.
Maintain stock level of their own section and coordinates well with other sections.
Approachable and always happy to learn new products

Ideally, you’ll have

- Experience in baking

- Good communication skills, along with an ability to work well in a team of people

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is sometimes very busy

You will need to have and present the correct right to work documents for working in the UK to be employed.
