ROLE OVERVIEW

Work Location: Berkhamsted Clinic (some initial training required in London Marylebone clinic)
Salary: £31,200 per annum + commission
Working hours: 40 hours per week
Working days: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat (days off being Sun & Wed)

Founded in London in 2012, Regents Park Aesthetics has grown from a single treatment room into an award-winning medical aesthetics clinic, renowned for its commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety and natural-looking results, with clinics in both London and Berkhamsted. Our ethos is built on providing honest, evidence-based advice and personalised care, ensuring every patient feels valued, respected and confident throughout every stage of their aesthetic journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Act as the first point of contact for all patient interaction: in person, by telephone and email, liaising with Clinicians and the wider team to ensure every patient has a smooth journey
Champion a customer-focused culture that delivers high standards of service, builds long-term client relationships and leads by example
Support and reassure patients through their purchase and treatment decisions, including helping with skincare choices across the brands we stock and cross-selling to subscription packages where appropriate
Rebook patients for their next treatment before they leave the clinic, and ensure best use of diary time
Take payments, process refunds, cash up and handle cash securely, placing it in the safe
Handle patient feedback and complaints in line with company protocol, escalating where necessary
Maintain accurate client records and the client database in accordance with the Data Protection Act
Open and close the clinic daily, uphold individual and environmental hygiene standards, and keep reception stocked and presentable (skincare products, education materials, refreshments for patients)
Assist the Clinic Manager with full compliance with internal and external regulatory standards (including CQC) and provide general assistance to Management.
Keep abreast of industry developments and attend training events organised by the clinic

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3+ experience in a similar role
Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel
A proven track record of using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or other online patient management system
Experience in either a medical aesthetics, or beauty therapy environment
Self-starter, can work independently as well as in a small team
Experience in CQC is not essential, but would be advantageous.

Pay: £31,200.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
