Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Customers., ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and serving others, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment. The position is paid and suitable for those looking to develop their skills within the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
Serve food items promptly and courteously, assisting guests with menu selections when needed.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
Manage cash and card transactions efficiently, providing correct change and receipts.
Replenish stock levels of beverages, garnishes, and other supplies as required.
Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment, addressing any concerns promptly.
Follow all health and safety procedures diligently to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is Required.
Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
Proven ability in serving drinks and food efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service skills.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment.
