The Window Cleaning Group Ltd

We are hiring a serious canvasser to generate new residential customers door-to-door for our growing business covering our operational areas of West Midlands, Staffordshire, Warwickshire & Telford.

This is a performance role. You will be expected to knock doors, speak confidently with homeowners, follow a proven script, handle rejection properly, and produce results.

This is not a role for someone who wants to drift through the day, chat for hours, go off-script, or blame poor numbers on the area. We already have a process that works. When it is followed properly, it produces strong results. Your job is to execute it properly and consistently.

What you will be doing

Canvassing assigned residential areas door-to-door
Speaking directly with homeowners
Using our proven script and quote process
Generating quotes and securing new customer bookings
Recording outcomes accurately
Representing the company professionally at all times

What we want

We are looking for someone who is:

Confident speaking face-to-face with strangers
Comfortable working outdoors and walking for long periods
Reliable, punctual, and well presented
Disciplined enough to follow a script properly
Resilient enough to handle rejection without losing energy
Competitive, switched on, and motivated by results
Coachable, honest, and consistent
Must have access to their own vehicle to get to location

Experience

Previous canvassing, door-to-door sales, field sales, fundraising, lead generation, or customer-facing experience is useful, but not essential.

Hours

Full time - 40 hours per week
