Full job description

RS Recovery are looking for a reliable and organised Accounts Assistant to join our growing team in Tipton.

Job Overview

This role will involve supporting the finance function with credit control, purchase ledger duties, reconciliations, and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities

Chasing outstanding debts by phone and email
Maintaining accurate ledgers
Producing payment reminders and monthly statements
Processing purchase invoices
Reconciling supplier statements
Handling supplier queries
General office administration duties
Supporting payroll by collecting employee hours from the HR system

Requirements

Strong administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail
Professional telephone manner
Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
Previous accounts experience is essential
