Full job description

Brucefield Gardening Services Ltd, established 2006 and based in Stirling. A trusted and very well known business within the Central Scotland area. Having built up an enviable reputation over the years we are currently looking to recruit full and part time positions due to our continued growth. Our business is a mix of Commercial Contracts and Private Clients. We offer flexible working hours and believe in a healthy work/life balance.

Salary is negotiable dependent on experience

Driving license preferred but not essential

Duties
Perform routine maintenance tasks:
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns using power tools and hand tools

- Hedge cutting

- Pruning

- Application of fertilizers/insecticides etc.

- Turf laying
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Water and irrigate plants as needed
- Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from the grounds
- Assist with the construction of new garden beds or structures
- Operate and maintain equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Perform basic repairs on equipment as necessary

- Snow clearance/gritting re Contract work

Requirements
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping preferred but not essential as training will be given
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects and digging
- Strong attention to detail to ensure the quality of work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
