About The Role:

Working Pattern

Days 4 on 2 off 2 early / 2 late

We are recruiting an Allocator to coordinate and assign daily tasks, teams and resources to support efficient operational delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time, supporting a smooth, well‑organised service in a fast‑paced aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities

Allocate staff to flights, tasks and operational areas based on skills, availability and workload.
Monitor real‑time requirements and adjust deployments to meet changing operational needs.
Maintain accurate records of team deployment, shift changes and task completion.
Communicate clearly with Duty Managers, Supervisors and operational teams throughout each shift.
Use scheduling tools, radios or allocation systems to manage workflow efficiently.
Support escalations, delays or operational disruptions by reallocating resources quickly.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, working time rules and site protocols.
Report staffing gaps, attendance issues or operational risks promptly.

Ideal Candidate
Experience in aviation, scheduling, rostering, control rooms or fast‑paced operations (advantageous).
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and confidence making quick, informed decisions.
Reliable, proactive and highly attentive to detail.
Comfortable using radios, IT systems or scheduling tools (training provided).
