Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting medical professionals, providing excellent patient care, and ensuring the smooth operation of clinical activities. Duties

Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and procedures
Prepare examination rooms by ensuring cleanliness and stock of necessary supplies
Take and record patient vital signs accurately
Manage patient documentation and update medical records using IT systems
Provide clear communication to patients regarding procedures and post-care instructions
Schedule appointments and follow-up visits, ensuring efficient clinic flow
Support administrative tasks such as answering queries and organising patient files
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Skills

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for clear documentation and patient communication
