We are seeking an exceptional Concierge Coordinator to join the team at Claridge’s.

Concierge

From securing coveted restaurant reservations and crafting bespoke itineraries to opening the doors to the very best that London has to offer, Claridge’s Concierge department are the trusted architects of unforgettable stays. As a part of a team renowned for their expertise, working with impeccable discretion, you will have a deep local knowledge that is delivered with warmth, elegance and effortless professionalism.

As Concierge Coordinator you will be responsible for:

Coordinating the administration tasks of the department, based in the back office to provide a support function to the front-line Concierge team.
Responsible for our guests’ pre-arrival correspondence to ensure their stay with Claridge’s is a unique and smooth experience, as well as being a source of information for our in-house guests, assisting with any queries or wishes they might have.
Providing a sound knowledge of the local environment, such as restaurants, shopping areas and places of interest, particularly within the London area.

Successful candidates for our Concierge Coordinator opportunity will:

Have worked in a similar role, within a five star or fine dining environment.
Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests needs to create exceptional service experiences, that result in lasting memories.
Be a team player who is an avid learner who wants to be challenged and developed.
Have a thorough understanding of Forbes and LQA Standards.
