Full job description

The Performance Hub is looking for passionate, enthusiastic and energetic Dance Teachers to join our growing team. We currently have multiple roles available across Bromsgrove and Stourbridge, with opportunities suitable for an experienced dance teacher.

We offer a variety of classes and are looking for teachers with strengths in different styles: acro (training is essential) and experience in other genres such as Musical Theatre (including singing), Street Dance and Baby Ballet.

We have a mixture of opportunities available, including permanent positions and maternity cover roles, with varying hours to suit different availability.

What You’ll Do:

Plan creative, non-syllabus lessons that build confidence, coordination and enjoyment.
Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and positive environment for students, parents, and staff.
Assist with performances, showcases and school events as needed.
Have a keen interest in teaching babies age 2-4yrs, musical theatre with singing or acro (being trained is essential) and street

Ideal Candidate:

Confident teaching dancing and potential some singing (for our Bromsgrove branch) to all abilities.
Strong teaching ability with engaging and creative class structures.
Friendly, flexible, and supportive team member.
Passionate about creating a fun, inclusive, and confidence-building learning environment.
Be able to deliver high energy classes
Must have 5 years teaching experience
DBS and first aid
