The Role of a Guest Assistant at Thermae Bath Spa

As a Guest Assistant you will be supporting the guest's journey throughout the Spa, maintaining the pool areas, and keeping the Spa in an orderly state. To be successful in the role you will have previous experience in a similar role, have superb customer service skills and have exceptional standard of personal presentation.

Shifts will vary and the hours of work are currently between 8.30am – 9.30pm, including some weekends.

Thermae Bath Spa is an award-winning day spa located in the heart of the world heritage city of Bath. Here, you can bathe in natural thermal waters, just as the Celts and Romans did over 2,000 years ago. Our facilities include a spectacular open-air Rooftop Pool, the indoor Minerva Bath, a new multi-sensory Wellness Suite, and the historic Cross Bath.
