Monday–Thursday evenings | 39 working weeks + 6.4 weeks paid holiday
Support students in classroom or residential settings, helping them develop independence, confidence and life skills. Provide hands-on care including personal care, mobility, mealtimes and learning support, working closely with education and residential teams.
Full training provided (including medication and gastrostomy support). Ideal for patient, resilient individuals with an interest in care, education or SEND.
Waking Night Student Support (Permanent and Fixed Term Contract) - Term Time Only
£13.56 per hour | 23hrs/week | £14,163 actual gross p.a. (£18.08 for hours worked between 10pm to 7am on weekdays)

We are looking for a caring, motivated and reliable Waking Night Student Support Assistant to join our residential education provision. In this role, you will help create a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for young people with special educational needs, ensuring their physical, emotional and social wellbeing throughout the night. You will play a key part in enabling students to feel secure, comfortable and able to develop their independence and reach their full potential.
Keyworker – Children’s Residential Education (Fixed Term Contract) - Term Time Only

Join our residential team supporting children and young people with physical disabilities and complex needs. Student Support Assistant (Bank) – Term Time Only, Full Time or Part Time
Flexible hours | £13.56ph (Education) / £13.77ph (Residential) + holiday pay
Support students with disabilities and complex needs across education and residential settings. Senior Teaching Assistant (Class Coordinator) - Term Time Only, Part Time
£14.38 per hour | Permanent
33.5 hrs/week | Monday – Friday, 8.30am–3.30pm (Tuesday to 4.30pm for staff meeting)
£21,876 p.a. | 39 working weeks + 6.4 weeks paid holiday
Lead a dedicated class team to deliver high-quality, coordinated support for students with physical disabilities, complex health needs and learning difficulties within a specialist pathway setting. Work closely with teachers, therapists, nurses and residential staff to ensure consistent, holistic provision.
Oversee learning support, communication strategies, personal care and behaviour practice, promoting independence and engagement for every student. Full training provided for medical and care responsibilities.
Ideal for compassionate, proactive professionals with strong leadership skills and a passion for inclusive education.
