Full job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially driven TikTok Shop Creator & Seller Partnership Manager to join our London team.This role combines both creator management and seller cooperation, making it ideal for someone who understands the TikTok Shop ecosystem and enjoys building long-term relationships with both creators and merchants.

Job Responsibilities

Creator Partnership Management

Identify, recruit, and manage TikTok creators within the UK and Poland market
Build strong long-term relationships with creators and support their TikTok Shop growth
Guide creators on content direction, product selection, campaign planning, and sales strategy
Support creators in improving GMV performance through data analysis and trend insights
Coordinate creator onboarding, contracts, and collaboration processes

Seller & Merchant Cooperation

Develop and maintain relationships with TikTok Shop sellers and brands
Source high-potential products and exclusive collaboration opportunities for creators
Coordinate campaigns between sellers and creators to ensure smooth communication and execution
Negotiate commission structures, campaign deliverables, and partnership terms
Assist merchants in improving TikTok Shop marketing performance through creator campaigns

Campaign & Operations Management

Plan and manage TikTok Shop campaigns, product pushes, and promotional activities
Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on sales data and creator results
Track creator content output and ensure campaign KPIs are achieved
Work closely with internal operation and marketing teams to maximise campaign performance

Market & Trend Research

Stay updated with TikTok Shop trends, viral products, and creator ecosystem developments
Research competitor agencies, creator strategies, and seller opportunities
Identify emerging creators and fast-growing product categories

Requirements

Experience working in TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, creator management, or e-commerce operations
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop ecosystem
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Ability to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and merchant relationships simultaneously
Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup-style environment
Polish speaking is required
Previous agency experience is preferred

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: £33,000 – £45,000 per year (depending on experience)
Performance bonus structure based on creator growth and campaign GMV
