We’re Housekeep, one of UK's fastest-growing businesses, and we’re on a mission to build the world's best home services business.

We help customers find skilled local professionals to look after their homes. That might mean finding a trusted Housekeeper for a regular weekly clean, booking a specialist team for an end-of-tenancy or deep clean, or arranging an experienced tradesperson to fix a plumbing problem, assemble furniture or tackle a long list of household jobs.

We make the whole process seamless: from booking to service delivery to cashless payment. We also help independent service providers find work, earn more and build successful businesses.

Although we're still a young business, we're already the UK's biggest technology platform in the £5 billion home cleaning market. We're growing quickly and our ambitions go far beyond regular cleaning.

We are expanding our specialist cleaning business, helping customers with larger and more complex jobs such as deep cleans and end-of-tenancy cleans. That's where you come in.

About the role

We're looking for smart, ambitious and curious people who want to build a career in operations.

This isn't a traditional customer service role. You'll be at the heart of a fast-growing technology marketplace, helping thousands of jobs run smoothly every week while solving complex operational challenges.

You'll work across our cleaning, specialist cleaning, tradespeople and gardening services. One moment you might be helping recover a service that has gone wrong. The next you could be analysing performance data, improving a process, testing a new AI tool or helping launch a new service.

We believe great operators combine strong judgement, commercial thinking, attention to detail and a willingness to get stuck in.

You'll:

Work in day-to-day operations across our marketplace, ensuring customers and service providers have a great experience
Solve operational problems quickly and take ownership until they are resolved
Communicate with customers and service providers through email, phone, chat and video calls
Make decisions that balance customer experience, fulfilment and commercial outcomes
Use AI tools and automation to work more effectively and improve processes
Work on projects that improve our operations and product
Help test and implement new operational processes, systems and services
Learn how a high-growth technology business operates and scales
You'll be trusted with real responsibility from day one and given the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the business.

You may be a recent graduate or early in your career. Previous operations or customer service experience is helpful but not essential.
