Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Chef to be a part our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a key member of our hospitality operation, you will oversee food preparation, ensure high standards of food safety, and inspire your team to create innovative and delicious dishes. Your leadership will foster a vibrant kitchen environment where teamwork, creativity, and quality are at the forefront. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise while managing daily kitchen operations with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate all aspects of food production, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish served
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
Oversee food preparation processes, including ingredient selection, portioning, cooking techniques, and presentation standards
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe dining environment
Develop new menu items and improve existing recipes to keep offerings fresh and appealing
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste and control costs
Ensure timely service by coordinating with serving staff and managing kitchen workflow during busy periods

Skills

Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced culinary or hospitality setting
Extensive food production and cooking expertise across various cuisines and techniques
Strong team management skills with the ability to lead, train, and develop kitchen staff effectively
Excellent food preparation skills with attention to detail in presentation and flavor balance
Deep understanding of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and sanitation practices
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience demonstrating leadership in a customer-focused environment
Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards in food service
