Catch at the Old Fish Market / Waiting Staff

Who we’re looking for:

Part time

18 years old+

We are looking for a motivated, interested and ambitious individual who is adaptable and eager to learn new things. Someone who is calm under pressure, confident, and a team player. Someone who is confident on the floor, serving tables and communicating with guests, whilst also knowledgeable in drinks & wine or keen to learn.

Previous fine-dining experience is not a must but a love and appreciation of food and drink is!

Ideally someone who is local to the area or has the ability to commute to Weymouth is important.

What we’ll offer you:

· Competitive salary plus TRONC (Circa £150 pw)

· Five days/week, max 8 services, Sunday and Monday off guaranteed

Catch is a tasting menu restaurant situated in the historic Weymouth old-harbour, celebrating the incredible hyper-local seafood and seasonal produce from the surrounding Dorset area, with a keen eye on sustainability. We are above the artisan fish mongers, Weyfish, and have access to a fleet of nearly 30 fishing boats that literally land at our door! You'll have the opportunity to be a part of a experienced and professional team as well as broaden your own knowledge and hospitality experience.
