CHEF (Part Time or Full Time)

Are you a talented chef ready to showcase your creativity and precision in a fast-paced, professional environment? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our kitchen team, where quality ingredients and culinary excellence are at the heart of everything we do.

Core Qualifications

Proven Experience: A strong background in a professional kitchen environment, with demonstrated experience in a similar role.
Culinary Technique: Exceptional knife skills and a sound understanding of traditional and modern cooking techniques.
Food Safety Knowledge: A current Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety certificate is essential, with a commitment to maintaining rigorous health, safety and cleanliness standards at all times.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to presentation, flavour balance, and portion control to ensure consistent quality across every plate served.
Resilience & Composure: The ability to remain calm and focused during high-pressure service periods while maintaining effective communication with the team.
Adaptability: A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, to meet the demands of our service schedule.
Collaborative Spirit: A genuine passion for teamwork and a willingness to support colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to positive kitchen culture.
