Full job description

We are looking for someone to work full time hours over 5-6 days a week. Hours can be flexible week by week, but must include a Saturday Sunday. Ideally be able to work long term! Plz only apply if you can work full time .

As a Café Assistant, the ideal candidate will have lots of energy, positivity and have excellent customer service skills.

Main purpose of the role:

You will be part of a team to cover the cafe seven days a week, to provide beverages, breakfasts and lunches, and of course, make sure that our customers leave with a smile on their face! Full training will be provided.

General responsibilities but not limited to:-

Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, and speciality beverages for customers.
Preparing and serving our food menu to customers.
Adherence to food safety procedures at all times.
Receiving and distributing stock supplies.
Receiving and processing customer payments.
Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently as they arise.

Experience & skills

Ideally have previous barista experience and know how to make espresso drinks.
Be well organised and motivated and must have a real passion for customer service.
Must work well under pressure with the ability to multi-task.
Good face to face communication skills – be positive and approachable.
Team player qualities.
